I do not have the words to fully describe my experience with Ms. Khawam and her entire staff! Not only is she a true professional but she possesses a true empathy that I believe is a rarity in her profession. From day one, she and her staff have proven that my case matters and they have gone above and beyond to explore and find solutions for all the many facets in my complicated case. I feel fortunate that Natalie Khawam and her team are the ones representing me. I never would have been able to do any of this on my own! I am grateful each day knowing that I am being represented by the best in the field!!Ann
My expierence with the Whistleblower Law Firm was a reality check. Natalie was honest and straight forward about her ability to handle cases in the labor and federal arena. She is one of the few lawyers that is willing to fight the big giant. I retained her as my own lawyer but most important she was also retained by an entire union local. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a lawyer that is willing to fight for what is right.Pablo
Where to start? Relax, listen, and breathe are the lessons I learned when working with Natalie Khawam. I was a wreck and very confused when I first spoke with Miss Khawam and her staff at the Whistleblower Law Firm. I Found out quickly that the professionalism and her reassuring concern was what led me to retain her counsel and hire the Firm. Miss Khawam helped guide me as I verbally stumbled to present my situation and more than anything listened to all my ramblings, yet pulled out the important information needed to put forth a strong case that both the Firm and I would be happy with. Thank you Natalie and your Staff for all your tireless work and pleasant attitudes. Weather I win or lose my case know I chose the correct Attorney and the correct Law Firm!Stephen
I have employed the Whistleblower Law Firm since September of 2015. My name is John Canning and have been discriminated against by the Transportation Security Administration. I have felt a bond and closeness to this office as they really seem to care about helping me get through this legal battle and most of all fight for Justice. It will be a happy day when this battle is over and i beleive this is a very competant group of Attorneys that will come through for me and set a president with other TSA employees.John Canning
Sometimes no matter how smart, strong or brave we are….
The truth is, there are some things we just can’t & shouldn’t try to conquer alone (especially if you don’t have a law degree).
You see, some of these big companies, huge corporations, large government agencies know how to circumvent the rules & regulations. They know how to bend & manipulate the system just enough to be able to get away with certain indiscretions right under the radar of truth & justice.
They (big companies, federal agencies, etc.) are able to do this because they have teams of well paid lawyers helping them every single step of the way. They’re paid to put out fires, smooth out the wrinkles & use smoke screens to cover any inappropriate actions against the workforce.
I don’t consider them lawyers. They’re just a bunch highly paid magicians with law degrees & they’re quite good at their craft of creating illusions. I know because, I was unfairly medically discriminated, harassed & eventually dismissed from a federal job that I loved & did very well.
But, when you have truth on your side & ONE hell of a great attorney, who is dedicated & well educated in the law. Someone who’s willing to work hard & seek justice not for fame nor for recognition but because it’s the right thing to do. Then you’ve already won half the battle.
Natalie Khawam is a great attorney who has been on the other side of the fence of injustice & lies & has overcome & conquered. Because of this, she isn’t afraid to stand toe to toe with the truth in front of an army of corporate/agency lawyers.
She helped me get my job back & she is still helping me fight my claims of retaliation & medical discrimination against the agency with a long recorded history of mistreatment to their federal employees.
I have always been a very hard working & very out spoken person. I believe we all should have a voice when it comes to what is right & fair but I don’t have a law degree and I can’t sit in a room full of suits & suitcases throwing legal jargon at my head like knives to a dart board.
But, I am smart enough to know when to reach out for help. We can only fight a fair fight if we come well prepared & when we unite.
Ms. Khawam was willing to stand by me, fight for me & speak on my behalf when I felt like I was being out numbered, out smarted & silenced.
We are still fighting the good fight of unjust and unfair practices done to me.But together, I have no doubt, together we will win & we will bring positive changes to the agency.
Because like me, there are so many honest, hard working & loyal employees who are still in need of the Natalie Khawam’s of the world to help protect their jobs & fight for their rights within an unjust work environment.
Thank you, Ms. Natalie Khawam for seeking justice & restitution on my behalf.
There is no one else I would trust to navigate the byzantine labyrinth of VA and government bureaucracy. Natalie and her staff took the time to understand my situation and doggedly pursued my case to a quick and very favorable outcome. It took a lot of stress off of me and my family to have the team at the Whistleblower Law Firm as an advocate. If you find yourself in a situation where you have been reprised against at work for speaking out, or if you have lost hope dealing with the VA, pick up the phone and call, you won’t be disappointed.
