After 15 years of working in both the federal government and in the private sector, Attorney Natalie Khawam took her comprehensive education, her extensive training and unique skill set, and went out on her own to create the Whistleblower Law Firm in Tampa, Florida. Attorney Khawam developed the Whistleblower Law Firm to give her clients the best representation in their legal matters. Attorney Khawam has successfully represented her clients in many legal victories and significant settlements. Some of her high profile cases and unprecedented decisions were featured on the front pages of newspapers and on television too. Many various AFGE Local unions throughout the country from Florida to California, voted for Ms. Khawam’s Whistleblower Law Firm to be their attorney and represent them as their counsel.
Attorney Khawam represents clients from many federal agencies including the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the United States Postal Service (USPS), U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the United States Department of Defense (DOD).
Attorney Khawam’s primary practice is in whistleblower laws which includes, but is not limited to: the False Claims Act (Qui Tam cases), Medicare and Medicaid: Fraud & Abuse cases and the Whistleblower Protection Act.

Attorney Khawam focuses on Federal law and exclusively practices in Federal Courts. Attorney Khawam proudly represents her clients with matters before the EEOC, OWCP, OSC, MSPB, the OIG and other federal agencies. She is a strong and relentless advocate for her clients and knows the protections that the law provides for them.
Attorney Khawam is honored to be an active member of the Military and Veterans Affairs Committee (MVAC) of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. Attorney Khawam is dedicated to helping Veterans, so she put together a specialized team of VA accredited attorneys, including a former VA Claims Examiner (Rater), a VA Medical Officer, an attorney from the Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA), and Military Officers to help assist and support Veterans, from helping Veterans increase their disability compensation claims to filing appeals. Attorney Khawam is dedicated to Veterans and their families; she believes in fighting for our Veterans– it’s only right to protect and help the heroes that fought to protect our life and liberty!
When Ms. Khawam is not working on her client’s matters, she volunteers her time as a Guardian ad Litem, for the Florida Guardian ad Litem Program.
Ms. Khawam loves to spend time with her son, and her avocations include cooking, playing tennis and swimming.
Ms. Mentor holds a Juris Doctor Degree from the Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. During her time in law school, she served as Public Relations Director of the Student Bar Association, Governor for the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Law School Division, Law Review Guest Editor, yet her biggest accomplishment is graduating as the Valedictory Speaker of her law school class!
Ms. Poston is a member of the Florida Bar. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association. She earned her J.D. from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, where she was Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board, Certified Legal Intern in the Bankruptcy Clinic, member of Phi Delta Phi – International Legal Honor Society, and Intern for Judge Catherine Peek McEwen of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science, in Business Management, from the University of Phoenix. She also attended the University of South Florida and the United States Air Force Academy.
Ms. Poston also has over 12 years of experience in the telecommunications field working for Verizon Communications, Inc.. Gaining experience in negotiating, interpreting, and enforcing different aspects of the company’s work requirements in conjunction with the local labor union’s contract with the company, while staying in compliance with state and federal law. Intimately working with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, Family Medical Leave Act, Florida Workers’ Compensation, and resource management.
While at the College of Law, she served as Secretary of the Lugar Trial Association and was competed as a member of several mock trial competition teams on the east and west coast. Additionally, Ms. Postlewaite was awarded the College of Law’s Criminal Law Award in 2015 for her dedication to criminal justice. She received a Bachelor of Arts in political science from West Virginia University in 2012.

After graduating from The State University of New York at Stony Brook in August 1985 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies, he was Board Certified as a Physician Assistant. CDR Miller attended The Montefiore Medical Center Post Graduate Surgical Internship for Physician Assistants in General and Special Surgery. Completing this program in October 1986, he continued for an additional year in Vascular Surgery under Frank Vieth MD, Chief of Vascular Surgery.
His first commissioned assignment as a USCG Reserve CWO1/2 in 1986 was at Air Station Clearwater Florida as the Medical Department Head, and later OIC of the Medical Unit. He was promoted to LTJG in place of CWO4. After his inter-service transfer back to the U.S. Navy in 1995, he was assigned to U.S. Navy Hospital Jacksonville, Florida, serving as Training Officer, and Administrative Officer. September 01 2001 he was transferred to NRCOMUSNAVCENT (Navy Central Command) in Tampa, Florida as the Medical Department Head. He completed his Master’s Degree in Emergency Medicine in 2003 from the University of Nebraska, and practiced Emergency Medicine in Tampa Florida. Since September 11th 2001 he has deployed to the CENTCOM AOR multiple times in support of OIF/OEF, and participated in many multi nation exercises in the Middle East, and battle field planning in Iraq and Afghanistan.
CDR Miller completed 8 years, 6 months on Presidential Recall to Active Duty orders ending June 4th 2014. He was first recalled for 3 ½ years as the Officer in Charge, Senior Medical Officer, Wounded Warrior Regiment, USMCR Medical Review Team Manager, at the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, Washington, DC. He then completed a 5 year tour as Deputy Force Surgeon, Marine Corps Forces, Central Command starting June of 2009 and completed numerous Middle East Deployments. He was promoted to rank of Commander 01 August 2007 and retired July 1st 2014. He currently is employed at the Tampa VA
Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation working with mTBI patients.
CDR Miller’s awards include: The Legion of Merit, Two Meritorious Service Medals, Joint Services Achievement Medal, Three Navy Marine Corps Achievement Medals, and The Global War on Terrorism and Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medals.
Mr. Roberts has been with the Federal Bureau of Prisons for over twenty-three years, where he has held several executive board positions throughout his years of service.
Mr. Roberts has represented Local 0922 in numerous arbitrations, and other labor matters.
Mr. Roberts has also worked closely with other Federal agencies, including the Veteran’s Administration, the Department of Defense, and the Bureau of Indian Affairs, where he provides training and presentations for their management officials throughout five states.
Mr. Roberts was sought to interpret and advise both Union and Counsel in all aspects of: 5 USC, 5 CFR, 7 USC, 20 CFR, the Fair Labor Standards Act, 5 USC 5596, and the Back Pay Act, in concert with the Privacy Act of 1974, amended for third party hearings.
Mr. Roberts is an advocate in the field of labor law and agency disciplinary procedures. He has represented Local 0922 in cases involving terminations, employee disciplines, contracts, back-pay, shift differential, overtime, non-selection, and the Unfair Labor Practices Act (ULP), 5 USC 7116.
Mr. Roberts is seated and accepted as an expert witness in Louisiana, Texas and Arkansas in the area of Labor Law and Agency Disciplinary Process. He was recently seated as an expert witness in Alexandria, LA in the field of Human Resources Management, statute and procedures.
Mr. Roberts has been published in multiple Labor Relations Publications. (113 FLRA 9164, 128 FLRA 1000, 128 FLRA 491). These Labor Relations Publications serve as a framework for both management and labor to operate in the workplace.
Mr. Roberts has also recently established new case law in an FLRA “Non-Selection” matter, 68 FLRA No. 107.
Mr. Roberts provides Arbitration and ULP training in the SCR as well as Hot Springs, Arkansas, Kansas City, Kansas, Forrest City, Arkansas and Springfield, Missouri to management officials, Human Resources Manager’s, Attorney’s, and Union Advocates.
Mr. Roberts is a Veteran of the United States Army.

Now as an (ADR) specialist Gary is a Mediator and Arbitrator for a multitude of disputes. Gary is highly qualified in Employee and Labor relations, Employment investigations, ADA and more. He also has an extensive background with the American Postal workers Union (APWU). As a DC Court of Appeals Hearing Officer, he conducts hearings for disciplinary cases in accordance with the rules and regulation of the DC bar.
